Engagement Sessions
As a collective impact organization, the Food Policy Council seeks to center the voices of community members in our work, particularly marginalize communities. As such, community input into is one of the most important parts of developing the Food Action Plan. A series of seven Community Meetings for the Greater Pittsburgh Food Action Plan will be held throughout the county in the summer of 2019. The sessions will serve as opportunities for the GPFAP team to share findings from data that has been collected, and for residents to provide their input for the GPFAP. Attending an engagement session will be the best way to learn about the progress and status of GPFAP, and to be involved in the process of creating the plan. The Community Meetings will be held at the dates and locations listed below. Click on a date to register to attend!
